 On-Site Valuation
This is an on-site physical inspection to assess the physical and operating condition of the property to be appraised. The appraisal is based on extensive industry research, market data analysis, personal inspection (photography, recording of model and serial numbers, descriptive information and records, etc.) and contact with manufacturers and suppliers to determine the requisite value. The client receives a comprehensive professionally bound certified report.

 Desktop Valuation
This is a determination of value based on information provided by the client (property verification, identification, photographs, records) with no physical inspection on our part. Industry and market research, data analysis, manufacturers/supplier contact is completed by us. The report makes certain hypothetical assumptions about the condition of the equipment, maintenance compliance and other relevant factors affecting value and this is clarified in the report. There is a cost and timesavings for this service and Best Choice Appraisers can compile these reports for clients located out of our immediate vicinity.

 Inventory Valuation
Business offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, healthcare and other facilities oftentimes conduct inventory reviews that may involve analysis, labeling, equipment identification, etc. Concurrently, the client/owner may enlist Best Choice Appraisers, Inc. for a valuation appraisal of their assets for compliance record-keeping and/or insurance purposes.

 Insurance Premium Valuation

 Insurance Loss Valuation
Insurance appraisals are important when natural disasters such as earthquakes, flooding, tornados, hurricanes or other unpredicted sources may cause damage, loss of equipment and supplies or loss of entire facilities.
